We Rescue Schnauzers Then Find Them Loving Homes!

Most of our dogs are found in "High Kill" dog pounds throughout Ohio.  Many are strays while others are turned in by people who can no longer care for these dogs for a wide variety of reasons.

Other dogs are turned over directly to us by their loving owners, who are going through tough times, like, bankruptcy, divorce, moving, and  by people who can no longer care for their dogs due their own health.

We find forever loving homes for these wonderful little dogs.

We have had Schnauzers for more than 35 years and know this breed very well. This is why we chose to rescue this breed exclusively.   They make the best family dogs.  They are very intelligent and learn quickly.  They are loyal, they don't shed, and are hypoallergenic.   People with allergies to animals can have these types of dogs without side effects associated with allergies.

We are very thorough in checking veterinary references, and all personal references, and we do a home visit to be sure that we select the very best home available for each individual dog.

We try our best to match the dogs temperament and needs to those of each
family.We interview all family members to make sure every member understands the dog and its needs, and how best to handle their individual personalities.
